Carin is a Yoga Instructor, Health, Wellness, Energy, and Mindfulness Coach, who serves her clients both in person and online. She works via a holistic approach with an emphasis on yoga, meditation, mindset shifts, and creating small steps that build up. Her mission is to be a supportive guide and resource for her clients so that they may harvest their inner wisdom for a true energized life. Carin believes that mindfulness is the missing link between health and wellness.
