Hi! I'm Carin

Integrative Mindful Art & Wellness Coach

At the heart of my work is helping people feel calmer, clearer, and more at ease when life feels overwhelming, using mindful art and meditation.

My path to this space has been an ever-evolving journey, shaped by my passion for healing, my personal experiences, and my desire to help others live their most vibrant lives.

My Journey

My journey to this work began when life asked me to slow down, whether I was ready or not. After a stroke, I suddenly found myself reliant on others and faced with a body and mind that felt unfamiliar. In the hospital, I reached for colored pencils, markers, and crayons. In those simple moments of play, I felt a sense of calm I hadn’t realized was always there, just beneath the overwhelm.

Art became my language for noticing my body, exploring my emotions, and connecting with my inner self. I realized it wasn’t about making something beautiful or meaningful but was about creating for the sake of creation. I paired this with yoga and meditation, discovering that tears on the mat and marks on the page were ways to release and process what I couldn't express with words. Over time, these practices became a bridge to mindfulness, helping me access presence, insight, and a deeper understanding of myself.

Now, this is what I bring to others. Through mindful art, gentle movement, and meditation, I guide people to connect with their own bodies, emotions, and intuition. You don’t need to be an artist. These practices are for anyone who wants to slow down, listen, and uncover their own inner wisdom.

My Approach

Every session I offer is shaped around the person in front of me. I draw from mindful art, yoga, meditation, energy work, and holistic health coaching to guide each practice with care and intention. Together, we move at your pace, explore what feels meaningful to you, and use gentle, reflective practices to support presence, insight, and growth.

My yoga classes focus on stillness, presence, and slowing down. I teach Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Subtle Yoga, creating a welcoming environment whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Each class encourages you to honor your body’s needs, reconnect with your breath, and rediscover balance.
