Hi! I'm Carin
Integrative Mindful Art & Wellness Coach
At the heart of my work is helping people feel calmer, clearer, and more at ease when life feels overwhelming, using mindful art and meditation.

My path to this space has been an ever-evolving journey, shaped by my passion for healing, my personal experiences, and my desire to help others live their most vibrant lives.
My Journey
My journey to this work began when life asked me to slow down, whether I was ready or not. After a stroke, I suddenly found myself reliant on others and faced with a body and mind that felt unfamiliar. In the hospital, I reached for colored pencils, markers, and crayons and in those simple moments of play, I felt a sense of calm I hadn’t realized was always there, just buried under overwhelm.
Art became my language for noticing my body, exploring my emotions, and connecting with my inner self. It wasn’t about making something beautiful or meaningful but was about creating for the sake of creation. I paired this with yoga and meditation, discovering that tears on the mat and marks on the page were ways to release and process what words could not hold. Over time, these practices became a bridge to mindfulness, a way to access insight, presence, and a deeper understanding of myself.
This is what I now bring to others. Through mindful art, gentle movement, and meditation, I guide people to connect with their own bodies, emotions, and intuition. You don’t need to be an artist—these practices are for anyone who wants to slow down, listen, and uncover their own inner wisdom.

My Approach
Today, my sessions are as unique as the individuals I work with. I draw from my diverse certifications and experiences—mindful Art, yoga, meditation, energy work and holistic health coaching to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for clients. Together, we blend creativity, movement, breathing, and meditation to nurture healing, growth, and transformation.
My yoga classes are designed with gentle, restorative practices that focus on stillness and presence. With a deep belief in the power of slowing down, my teachings gravitate towards Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Subtle Yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will find a welcoming environment to honor your body’s needs and rediscover balance.
