About the Recipe

This is an amazing vegan, gluten-free treat - Perfect for Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

  • 12 dates, pitted

  • 1/3 C. cacao

  • 1 C. raw walnuts

  • 1/2 C. raw almonds

  • 1/4 C. raw cashews

  • a pinch of salt

  • 2-3 T. water

  • 1 t. vanilla

  • 1/8 C. chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Step 1


Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until it forms a dough-like consistency.



Step 2


Remove the dough and form bite-sized balls, rolling with your hands.



Step 3

Chill in the fridge and enjoy!!
